Return Policy
What is your return policy?
 


At J. Richards & company, we strive to provide you with quality products.  Our return policy is simple;

If it's our fault, we pay the freight cost for the return and the freight for the replacement item. It's our fault if we send you the wrong product or defective product.

If it's your fault, i.e., you ordered the wrong items, then you are responsible for return freight and will be charged a restocking fee of 20%.

To receive credit, all product must be unused, be returned in its original carton, and be returned within 30 days of your purchase. Returns must also be marked with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) that we will assign. To receive an RMA, please call us at 800-738-6604 or email.

Upon receipt and inspection of returned product your credit will be issued.
