How do I return an item?

At www.restaurant-dinnerware.com we strive to provide you with quality products. Any returns that are not defective nor are a result of our shipping error are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping cost of original order, returned items and exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer.

In an event you received an item in error; we’ll pay the return shipping cost and waive the restocking fee. All returned items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. No products will be accepted unless accompanied with RMA #. To receive credit, all items must be returned unused and in resalable condition in the original cartons. Upon receipt and inspection of returned product your credit will be issued.
